Meet Miley! This 5-year-old Pittie girl found her way into the shelter as a stray, and her owners never came back to reclaim her. Though she did not come to us in the best of shape, being extremely skinny and fearful, she quickly began to see that not all humans were to be feared, and there was love here. Miley is beginning to come out of her shell at the shelter and has become very sweet and submissive. We recommend a calm household with no steps and no small children due to her nerves. She hasn't done any one-on-one dog meets yet, but we are open to seeing how she will do with a furry friend. As always, a Meet and Greet plus dog meet will be required!
