You can’t miss the look on Bw’s face—her wide, questioning eyes always seem to be mid-thought. She came into foster care at 14 weeks, older than most kittens begin socializing, which probably explains some of her shyness. Still, there’s a gentle curiosity to her, and each day she edges out a little further from the sidelines. It’s clear she’s been in a home before; even in new surroundings, she didn’t seem totally out of place. Bw warms up with time and has gradually gotten braver, especially around people who show her patience.
