He may be pint size but he has tons of love to give. Topher came in as a stray and appears to have had a pretty tuff life. To spite that he is sweet and loving. He shows terrible in the kennels so please ask to see him in a meet and greet room. In the kennels he’s very reactive to the noise and other dogs but he is a calm gentle soul away from all of that. We don’t know how he will be face to face with other dogs but would definitely try a meet and greet. Come in and meet this boy. Show him life can be be good.
