Kyra is a sweet and petite Russian Blue mix who was rescued from Devore Shelter. The shelter deemed her feral, but she’s anything but! When we saved her our plan was to get her a home in a barn as a working cat. After her assessment it was clear she wasn’t feral at all, only scared and with a pretty bad kitty cold. She’s now healthy, fixed and and ready to go home. Kyra loves her people and other cats’ company. She will need to be in a home with another cat. She likes to rub herself on her humans as well as other cats and quickly gain their acceptance. She meows softly and is a gentle, sweet kitty. Her favorite spot is basking in the morning sun on the window seat while watching the birds. In the evening, you may hear hunting grunts from her guarding her tiny mouse toy or carrying a wool ball in her mouth. She loves sitting next to her human while they work and loves to get chin scratches. Kyra is approximately 2 years old, fully vetted and ready for her furrever home where she can love her human and her cat sibling.
