About Dd "daredevil"

Born in November 2023 under dramatic circumstances, she and her siblings were taken in after being rescued from the unpredictable Texas outdoors. When their original protector had to move, their feral mother made a daring attempt to keep them safe, moving them one by one to a street drain just before a terrible storm. Thanks to the perseverance of a caring friend and some quick action, Dd and her whole family (including mom and dad) were eventually brought to safety. Dd "daredevil" is a little more reserved than her siblings, showing a blend of independence and gentle shyness that makes her uniquely endearing. Though she may take a moment to warm up, she genuinely craves attention and friendship. She is grateful for her second chance and ready to share her love with a special family. Dd adapts well to other cats and dogs, and has been fostered around plenty of company. If you’re thinking about adopting two, her siblings are also hoping for homes and there’s even a special adoption discount for adopting a pair! Dd is now fully vetted—spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative, and up to date on vaccines. Her ideal home is indoor-only, and she’s hoping for a lifetime of safety and affection.
