About Sunshine
Sunshine is a striking black and white tuxedo with a silky short coat and bright, curious eyes. She’s about five and a half years old and was found out in the cold before coming into rescue. Sunshine quickly showed her playful spirit and gentle nature—she’s especially sweet with other felines and seems just as comfortable around friendly dogs. Her favorite companion is Penne, a fellow foster who doubles as snuggle partner and playmate. Pair adoptions are possible if you’re open to adding twice the affection to your home, but Sunshine would also make a great buddy for your existing cat or dog. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV/HW, dewormed, microchipped for life, and already house trained. You can meet Sunshine at her foster in Chicago’s South Loop, but only after submitting your application. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
