Phoenix is not yet house trained and needs an adopter committed to finishing his basic training routines. He thrives with children and fits in easily with other friendly dogs. His future home will need a fully fenced yard at least six feet tall and someone present enough to handle the energy and accidents of puppyhood. He has his vaccinations up to date and comes with a microchip, plus a neuter procedure included through the rescue’s partnerships.
