About Callie
Callie lost her former home when her previous owner's health declined, but she's handled every change thrown her way with so much grace. Now at five years old, she's eager for a stable, loving place to settle in and share her goofy, sweet energy. Her foster family can't say enough about her—always making them laugh, always the good girl, and brimming with affection. Callie is a large, black, short-haired mixed breed with an easygoing vibe and a playful side that just won't quit. She loves her toys, fetch, racing around the yard, long naps in sunny spots, and curling up anywhere comfy. Road trips make her smile; a good hose to bite is even better. She’s house trained and vaccinated, and already spayed. She really thrives when she’s the center of attention, so only homes with adults or kids over 10, and no other pets please—she wants all the couch space (and the love) for herself. With new people, she can be a bit nervous at first, but she warms up fast and never turns down extra hands for pets. Think Callie could be your perfect sidekick? What are you waiting for?
