About Finn
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Finn! He is a sweet, rambunctious, and handsome boy who will do anything for a treat. Finn is both leash and house trained and can follow a few simple commands, making him a real joy during walks and training sessions. Finn can be dog-selective and does not do well with small animals. Because of this, he would likely thrive in a household without kids or small pets. He is very eager to find his perfect forever home and a loving caregiver who understands his needs. Finn is currently heartworm positive and will require continued veterinary appointments for his treatment. His adopter may need to travel to the rescue's veterinary clinic for these visits, but don’t worry—the rescue covers all costs related to his remaining treatments. All dogs in the care of this rescue are microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and receive regular preventive care. You also have the opportunity to foster Finn before making a commitment, with the rescue providing supplies and continued vetting support. Finn is ready to bring excitement, devotion, and plenty of love to the right home! Make their next chapter their best one yet.

Questions about Finn
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Pit Bull Terriers and mixed breeds are generally adaptable, but they thrive in a stable environment where they can receive ample attention, exercise, and mental stimulation. A home with a secure yard or regular outdoor access is often ideal.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Medium-sized breeds like Pit Bull Terriers benefit from a fenced yard to play, but they can also do well with regular walks and exercise in parks. They need daily outdoor time to stay healthy and happy.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Pit Bull Terrier mixes can be loving family pets and are often very good with children when socialized properly. However, some individuals are better suited for adult-only homes, so temperament should always be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
