From a loving home, he found himself in Animal Control before arriving at his current foster home. Initially stressed and defensive, Scooter has since settled down in a quiet space, revealing his true nature as a very loving, laid-back, and friendly cat. Due to his diabetes, Scooter needs insulin injections twice daily. He has a hearty appetite and a tendency to gain weight, so he's currently on an overweight management diet to keep him healthy.
