About Daisy
Daisy, sometimes called Daisy Mae, is a Catahoula Leopard Dog with a striking 'glass eye'—her left eye is a light, milky blue while her other is a deep brown. She connects easily with people and gets along with most dogs, but she’s best as the only dog in a home since she guards her food around other dogs. Affection is her default mode; she’ll gladly snuggle up on the couch or relax at your feet. Daisy is currently under treatment for chronic anemia and takes daily medication, with occasional blood work recommended to monitor her health. After losing her original home due to her owner's passing, Daisy spent over a year in a rescue. She’s ready to leave that chapter behind and find a family who will make up for lost time. A loyal, loving companion like Daisy is hard to find. Ready to make it official? Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
