Wilbur is a young boy who arrived at the shelter as a stray. He is quickly learning the routine and looks forward to being with his new friends. As a young dog, Wilbur has a lot of energy which he translates into running around the yard and chasing toys or simply having the zoomies. He is learning manners and seems quite eager to prove how quickly he can absorb new behavior cues. Wilbur is a social boy who enjoys being with people and being petted. Despite his youth and energy level, he can settle quickly and is progressing well with his leash skills. He can live in a world with other dogs and would be better with older children. Wilbur would thrive in a home that is looking for active dog and one that enjoys learning new things. He will provide a lifetime of fun and enjoyment. The shelter has an appointment only policy.
