Meet Ice, a sweetheart Chihuahua looking for a second chance at life. Ice came into foster care when her mom had to move into special care due to cancer. While her sisters and mom went to rescue, Ice stayed behind because she was very fearful. It took almost three weeks of constant interaction for her to feel safe enough to come out of her foster room. This 2-3 year old girl loves chicken nuggets, and it seems that persistence and those tasty treats helped her learn to trust. Ice does well with all dogs and isn't one to get into the trash or jump on things. She's pretty reserved and only lets her foster mom approach her, so she will need a patient owner who is willing to give her time to adjust. Once comfortable, Ice is very sweet and ready to share her love.
