Little Ruth has had one tough journey. She was born into a cat hoarder situation, where she was truly neglected. She was put outside and hopefully got some food from time to time. Ruth's living conditions were dirty, years of neglect takes a toll on a body. Ruth had suffered sever dental disease, she is missing most and recently had 4 teeth removed. She is now in good shape although she only eats a soft food diet. Canned wet with some water added and soaked dry food for softness. Due to her condition, it is hard to give Ruth an age. We estimate her at about 5 years old. She only weights 6 pounds but hopefully with her mouth feeling better she will gain a bit more. Ruth is quiet but very sweet. She needs a kind person to care for her. Ruth deserves a life! The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting.
