About Pru
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Pru is a special little gal in more ways than one. Just a little over a year old, she radiates happiness and playfulness, greeting everyone with boundless energy and a loving heart. Pru is crate trained and working hard at potty training, which is a bit more challenging for her due to her unique situation. Pru doesn’t use her back legs because of a spinal injury that happened before she came to the rescue, and the use of her back legs may continue to decrease with time. However, this never slows her down—Pru dashes around joyfully, especially using her new wheels. She gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, is polite with cats, and absolutely adores children. Car rides are a breeze for her, and she’s making great progress on the leash. Pru truly loves to soak up all the affection she can and cherishes every cuddle. Right now, Pru is housetrained but not fully potty trained, so occasional accidents may happen as she learns. She can be a little scared by new experiences, yet she always wants to be close and snuggled with you. Her past may be uncertain, but her future is filled with hope and love. While an ideal home for Pru would have few or no steps, it’s not a strict requirement. Her adoption fee has not been sponsored, but what she truly seeks is a caring forever home to call her own. Your new best friend is just one click away.
