He was probably abandoned and just needing a place for food & safety so came forward looking for a friend. Since being in his foster home, he's made great friends with the other cats and the dogs in the home. He's known the love of family life and is looking forward to that again. Bonds very well. Dilly's adoption fee is $150 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption.
