About Emerson
Start your journey together! Apply now. Emerson was found as a tiny kitten during the cold winter of early 2024, starting his life as a completely feral little cat. Over time and with patient socialization, he’s blossomed into a sweet, gentle boy. At about a year old, Emerson is still a bit shy at first and doesn't seek out lap time, but he loves lying next to you on the bed and enjoys being petted when he’s comfortable. He gets along beautifully with other cats and would make a great companion for a feline friend or someone looking for a calm, gentle presence rather than a constant, clingy companion. His sleek black coat often leads him to be overlooked, but he’s every bit as deserving of a loving home as any cat. With his quiet charm and growing confidence, Emerson would be a wonderful addition to a patient home that can offer him the security he needs to thrive. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
