The scrawny little cat that jumped into the colony feeder's car in a parking lot has blossomed into a curious and funny little cat! She is still cautious and shy at times but is gaining confidence quickly. She is gentle and affectionate. She gets along with most of her foster siblings but it seems that she would be happiest to be the only cat in the home. All Bronx Tails cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, tested for Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia (negative for both) and are litterbox reliable and loving toward people. Note: in the instance a kitten is still too young to spay/neuter at the time of adoption, we can help you arrange for it. We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-2-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
