About Cameron
Cameron is a goofy, affectionate dog with a big presence and a huge heart. After more than a year waiting for her person, she’s proven herself resilient—working hard in a four-week board-and-train course and mastering commands like sit, down, heel, stay, wait, and more. This five-year-old spayed female is housebroken, crate trained, and lights up for people, car rides, long walks, and any type of cuddling or play. Chew toys and frozen Kongs are right up her alley, and she’ll happily dive into a cucumber snack between games. Cameron runs at a medium energy level—she’s always game for an adventure or a romp in a fenced yard, but she unwinds just as easily watching TV beside you. She’s great at mealtimes, stays calm for baths and nail trims, and rarely barks. Cameron shows a sweet, eager-to-please attitude that makes further training rewarding. While she gets along with friendly dogs on walks or outings, she’ll do best as the only dog at home for now, focusing on her comfort and new skills. Bouncing back from a tough start, Cameron’s joyful and loving personality has truly come into its own. If you’re looking for the missing piece to your family who’s ready to share laughs, affection, and loyal companionship, Cameron is waiting in Essex, MD. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
