Hi, I'm Ron! I was originally brought to the Ranch all the way back in 2014. I've been in a couple of homes, but they haven't lasted due to my quirky behaviors. I require a special handler for a special dog, because I can be pretty anxious in a home, I don't like to share my stuff, and I'm a bit of an introvert. That means I need to be properly introduced to strangers and should not live in any home with children or frequent guests. That doesn't mean I don't like people though, cause once I open up I'm the sweetest, most loyal boy you'll meet and I'll lean my whole body on you for pets. I love other dogs and even cats as well! Plus, I'm super food motivated and have learned some tricks. I may be an old boy, but I do like to roam, so I'd like a nice yard, maybe with a pool too! I'm not too fond of small spaces like crates, you see. A nice big farm with plenty of space would be perfecf. I'm looking for a retirement home to thrive in my golden years, and if you've got the skills for the job, this old dog can learn some new tricks!
