About Funyon

Funyon came from a rough start—a backyard breeder in Morgan County, Alabama, left her and her pup friends in limbo after the owner was jailed. They didn’t have much time or hope until Big Dog Ranch Rescue stepped in. Once in safe hands, Funyon got proper medical attention, solid meals, and the attention she likely never had before. Now, she’s a different dog. Happy, healthy, and quick to pick up on that new freedom, Funyon runs, plays, and doesn’t shy away from new faces—especially other dogs. She’s not carrying her past with her; instead, she’s eager for something steady and warm. If you’re ready for a loyal friend who’s been through more than most, Funyon’s waiting to start that next chapter with you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
