About Marcus
Marcus is a soft-hearted, mellow little cat who likes to soak up affection and also appreciates quiet time on his own. He escaped a dire situation at the Downey shelter and has settled into foster care, showing his gratitude every day. Life with Marcus means lots of close cuddlesāwhen he's not snuggled up with his person, he enjoys lounging independently nearby. Marcus is easygoing with other cats and would do especially well with a feline sibling. He might act shy with newcomers at first, but once he warms up, he's highly loving with his trusted people. Currently, heās being fostered with another adoptable cat, Fergus, and theyād make a strong pair if youāre considering two. He comes neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. FIV & FeLV tests came back negative, so heās in great shape and ready for a stable, caring home. By the way, Marcus was born under the sign of Ariesāso you can count on a little playful spirit mixed in there, too. Click apply to start the adoption process.
