About Sasha

Sasha is currently being fostered in Pennsylvania. She’s a German Shepherd Dog who insists on a one-dog home—no canine housemates for her. Active or boisterous dogs aren’t her thing. Sasha isn’t cat-friendly either, so a pet-free environment is the right fit. Homes with only adults or older children will suit her best. She has been spayed. Indoors, Sasha knows her manners for the most part, but she will investigate any food left unattended on the counter. She already knows several commands like Sit and Down, is learning Wait, and she’s getting better at walking on a leash. Jumping up is still a work in progress—she just loves to greet and smother her humans with attention. Outside, Sasha is happy to join you for walks and doesn’t require a fenced yard if you’re committed to regular outings, but if you do have a yard, she’ll enjoy running and playing with you. She’s patient, affectionate, and hoping for someone who wants a loyal companion as their one and only. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
