About Seymour
Start your journey together! Apply now. Introducing Seymour, a chubby-faced boy bursting with character and charm. Rescued by a kind-hearted Good Samaritan, he is about three years old and has faced some challenges, including a tricky digestive issue that stumped his first vet. Luckily, after coming into rescue care, it was discovered that Seymour simply needs a high-fiber diet—so he will need to stay on Science Diet w/d or a similar food for life. Efforts are underway to help Seymour regain a healthy weight and restore his beautiful, silky black coat. True to his "love monster" reputation, Seymour is always seeking affection, reveling in pets and belly rubs. He delights in toys—especially anything with catnip—and has a habit of gleefully rubbing himself against rugs. Seymour is also quite vocal, always ready to strike up a conversation or demand attention with his unmistakable chatty meows. Because of his lively nature, he’s a better fit for a house rather than an apartment, as he may be too talkative for shared walls. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
