Sarge is a gray tabby with short fur, about three years old, who’s come a long way from his early days. Found in a dirt basement in Elizabeth, he was once semi-feral but has since learned the comforts of foster care. Sarge shares his current space with his shy friend Sabrina. Both are getting used to people, but Sarge’s favorite things are neck and head scratches—those really bring out his affectionate side. He’s still a bit reserved, so he steers clear of loud noises or chaos and will do best in a quiet, adult-only home with other very gentle cats.
