About Navy
Navy is a small Terrier who defies expectations. She’s tough, stubborn, and loyal to the bone. Once Navy lets you in her circle, she’ll greet you with acrobatic jumps, stick to your side, and curl up to sleep on your head like an odd but adorable pillow. Navy is fully housebroken, crate trained, and thrives with other dogs. People, though, are still a work in progress for her. She’s wary of new humans and reacts out of fear—earning her trust will take genuine patience and months of slow, steady effort. Rushing things or ignoring her boundaries risks a bite or a stressed-out meltdown. Navy isn’t for beginners. She needs someone calm, experienced, and willing to let her set the pace. If you give her space, respect, and gentle guidance, you’ll eventually earn a loyalty that runs deep. It won’t be fast, easy, or perfect—but it will be real. Navy isn’t a quick win, but for the right person, she might just be the most rewarding challenge out there. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?

Questions about Navy
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Navy, as a Terrier, generally does well in a calm, stable environment where routines are consistent. A quieter home with minimal disruptions will help her feel more secure.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Terriers like Navy benefit from daily walks and safe playtime outside but do not require a large yard. Apartment living with regular outdoor breaks can suit her well if she’s given consistent outings.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Navy, being a Terrier who prefers adults and is not comfortable around children, would do best in a home without kids. Generally, Terriers can be good with older, dog-savvy children, but Navy in particular is not suitable for young families.
