About Flora
Flora’s story begins rough—animal control found her starving and in terrible shape, barely holding on. After she was rescued, she emerged from her carrier and pressed her head gently against her rescuer in gratitude. She went straight to the vet, underwent a full medical workup, and surprisingly, her bloodwork came back strong. Flora only has four teeth and needed antibiotics for a mouth infection, a Capstar for fleas, and a full deworming. Her coat was so matted she had to be shaved, and she now loves her high-protein diet. After two months of care and living inside, Flora is ready to leave shelter life for good. She’s about thirteen years old, extremely affectionate, and loves to snuggle up in a soft bed. Food and treats are pure joy to her. She’s the kind of cat who makes you feel appreciated from the first head bump. Flora deserves peace and comfort in her senior years—a warm indoor home where she can keep snuggling and soaking up attention. Ready to make Flora’s next chapter her best one yet?
