Cooper is such an amazing boy! He came to us with disc issues, but he's on the mend and working toward full mobility. Cooper is a sweet boy who just wants to be around his humans at all times. He will look deeply, soulfully into your eyes! It takes him some time to warm up to new dogs, but he's good once he does. Cooper's foster says he's the sweetest Velcro dog ever, but he'll voice his displeasure when left home alone.
