About Seamus
Seamus is an endearing, lanky Labrador Retriever mix with a goofy streak and a real love for being in the middle of things. Heās playful, energetic, and seems to treat every dog he meets like a potential best friend. Regular play dates or having a dog friend in the house would make Seamus truly happy, but walks or hikes are also right up his alley. He hasnāt spent time around children or cats yet, but out on walks ā even when passing barking dogs ā he stays calm and non-reactive, which says a lot about his sweet temperament. Seamus prefers to be part of the action inside; heās happiest trailing after his people to see whatās going on. In foster care, heās picked up a good handful of habits: chewing on toys to keep himself busy, using a dog door, happily eating in his crate, and walking on leash with minimal pulling. A waist leash works especially well for him when running or walking. Give this good-natured dog a place in your life, and expect constant companionship and plenty of laughs. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
