About Elphie

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Elphie! Named after one of the main characters in Wicked, Elphie is a black American Staffordshire Terrier puppy who is full of spirit and charm. Sadly, black dogs often get overlooked, but Elphie's foster mom insists she's truly the best girl. Elphie is remarkably socialβ€”she loves people, enjoys playing with dogs, and is especially fond of children. She accompanies her foster mom everywhere, from shopping trips to adventures on escalators, and she's an excellent car companion with her own special seat up front. Elphie delights in outdoor play, spending her time chasing sticks, toying with her favorite chews, or simply soaking up the sunβ€”a pastime she learned from her foster sister, Stormie. She has mastered going outside for potty breaks and can expertly navigate the doggy door. This playful pup is ready to find a forever family who will appreciate all of her wonderful qualities and give her the loving home she deserves. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
