About Chance

Chance is a sweet, friendly boy who has shown a ton of resilience since his days of surviving on the streets. He came into rescue with medical issues—a skin infection, double ear infection, and an upper respiratory infection—that have all been treated. Right now, he’s finishing treatment for heartworm, and once that’s wrapped up his health concerns will be behind him. Chance is looking for a foster-to-adopt family in Connecticut during this time. He’ll do best in a rural or suburban home, not in the city. Chance enjoys the company of other dogs and is great with kids aged 10 and up. He hasn’t been tested with younger children or cats, but slow introductions could be arranged. He’s hoping for a yard, though it isn’t a deal-breaker. If you have experience with rescue dogs or bully breeds, that’s a plus. Give Chance a safe, loving space and he’ll reward you with his easy affection. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
