About Wilma
Wilma was born on August 16, 2024, which makes her a confident Leo—no surprise that she enjoys surveying her territory from a window perch. She started out as a nervous kitten after being found in a shop that wasn't safe for cats. Thanks to patient foster care, Wilma has learned to trust people slowly. She's still not a fan of being picked up, but she's begun making friends with both humans and other cats. Watchful and curious, Wilma prefers to observe her surroundings from a comfortable vantage point rather than plunge right in. She needs time to warm up, but once she feels safe she'll be content to hang out nearby and might share a snuggle on her terms. Wilma gets along with other cats and would do best with adopters who let her adjust at her own pace. She’s looking for a calm home, a sunny window, and a family willing to let her personality unfold.
