Mr. Tiggs has lived a life full of stories. Once surviving on the streets, this handsome, large tabby was rescued after someone found him with serious wounds to his neck. Thanks to their kindness, ABF was contacted, and he quickly received the urgent medical care he needed. From there, Mr. Tiggs went into the loving hands of his foster mom, who helped him heal both inside and out. Today, he’s healthier, happier, and ready for a forever home of his own. Mr. Tiggs is nothing short of a presence. With his big frame, bold tabby stripes, and mellow charm, he’s truly the “big man on campus.” He’s confident, affectionate, and loves being part of the action. He’s also HIV+... a label that often scares people away, but it shouldn’t. HIV+ cats like Mr. Tiggs can live long, healthy lives and can safely live with other friendly cats. And speaking of other cats… Mr. Tiggs gets along wonderfully with his feline foster siblings. He enjoys their company and loves to play, though he sometimes forgets how strong he is (big muscles, big enthusiasm!). A home with other easygoing cats would be just fine for him. Mr. Tiggs has been through a lot, but he hasn’t let it dim his spirit. He’s sweet, resilient, loving, and so deserving of a family who will cherish him for the gentle giant he is.
