About Roscoe
Roscoe, sometimes called Squito, made his way to the rescue with his sisters but now, after watching them find families, heās ready to find a home of his own. He started out wary of people but has warmed up after learning that humans arenāt so bad, especially when thereās plenty to play with. This young British Shorthair loves chasing balls and pouncing on springs with the foster cats and tumbles hard during playtimeāheāll need adopters who have the energy to keep him entertained. Sunbathing on a window seat is a favorite pastime, and heās quick to find a cozy spot for a cat nap. Roscoe is diligent with his scratching post, is litter trained, up to date on shots, and already neutered. He has a soft spot for treats and canned food, but only in moderation. If you have to sneak him into a carrier or give him medicine, be readyānothing gets past him. Roscoeās quirky habit involves gently suckling on his fosterās ears, which earned him his Squito nickname. He isnāt used to dogs or young kids yet, but with patient introductions, he should adapt just fine. Heād thrive with another young cat buddy, and the rescue can help with a companion if desired.
