Jocelyn is a special girl who needs an adopter who will let her thrive with a verbal relationship, as she does not like to be touched. She is a cute little thing and will follow you around. Four years ago she came to Alaqua as part of a neglect case, and was adopted a few months later. Due to a family emergency, her family had to bring her back to Alaqua. Jocelyn has been with an experienced foster who now understands what makes Jocelyn happy. She walks on a leash, but a fenced-in yard that she can explore would be ideal. She would benefit from a consistent routine and other dogs in the home may be helpful to her. Jocelyn is a good companion and will trust a human that does not expect her to want to be touched.
