Meet Brittany – The Zoomie Queen in Confidence Training! Brittany is a 3-year-old spayed pit bull currently enrolled in the shelter’s prestigious Shy Dog Program, where she is majoring in “Being Brave” and minoring in “Making Humans Melt.” She’s already made amazing progress — she may start off a little shy with new people or places, but give her a moment and she’ll show you her true form: a certified sprinting machine. This girl has energy. Brittany loves to run, then zoom, then run some more, then think about a toy, chase it for five seconds... and then resume running. She’s basically a one-dog track team, and she’s very proud of it. On leash, she’s a polite little athlete, and when treats appear, she switches into “gentle angel” mode. Through the fence, she’s shown friendly vibes to other dogs — loose body, waggy tail, and even delivering tiny smooches like the social butterfly she hopes to become.
