Batman has become another fast favorite among our volunteers. I mean just look at that face. Batman, a joyful, goofy little guy who was rescued from a miserable life on a chain. Now living in a fenced-in enclosure, Batman gets love and affection every day from his dedicated rescuer. Though he still lives outside, his days are now filled with tail wags, toys, and the pure delight he brings to everyone who meets him. Batman is the kind of dog who makes you smile just by being near him—his happiness is contagious. He is still learning to fully trust, especially when it comes to his food and toys so we suggest he be the only pet and not with young children. A bit of gray is starting to show around his muzzle, a sweet reminder that he’s an older boy—but make no mistake, he’s full of life, laughter, and heart. Batman is available for foster or adoption and would thrive with someone willing to guide him gently and give him the indoor life he’s never known. He is absolutely worth it.
