My background has made it hard for me to trust humans, but I have made great progress in the time I have been at Angels thanks to the hard work of staff and volunteers. I am still pretty skittish and hesitant about being touched, but I like to go on walks with my trusted humans, especially in the company of my favorite dogs. Because of my background, I require multiple meet-and-greets with potential adopters to make sure that the home is the best fit for me. This also gives you more chances to get to know me and for me to warm up to you! I would do best in a calm home without children or cats.
