About Raldo
Click apply to start the adoption process. Meet Raldo—a joyful, full-of-life Shepherd/Australian Shepherd mix whose journey to happiness has been nothing short of inspiring. Born to a husky mix who was neglected, Raldo braved his early days with resilience until kindhearted neighbors gave him a second chance with love and care. Now, he’s seeking a forever family who’ll return his devotion tenfold. Raldo’s personality is as vibrant as his love for toys, balls, and especially sticks—his prized finds. He’s happiest when splashing in puddles or romping around in mud, showing his playful side in everything he does. Paper towels are fair game if it means a lively chase, and rain is just another opportunity for fun! Yet, Raldo also craves affection, loving nothing more than cuddles, hugs, and soaking up attention from those around him. He gets along beautifully with children and loves meeting new people. Raldo is generally friendly with other dogs his size and would be thrilled to have a playful friend, but he sometimes gets overly enthusiastic with smaller pups. Due to his tough start, he occasionally resource guards, but he learns quickly and thrives when his environment feels secure and loving. Raldo’s ideal home is one bursting with activity, a yard to explore, a family to cherish, and maybe another dog who matches his gusto for life. If you’re seeking a goofy, affectionate, and spirited companion, Raldo is ready to make every day brighter as your loyal friend. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
