About Lugnut
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Lugnut, a tiny but mighty fellow whose spirit is simply contagious! After bravely conquering some tough times—including overcoming a heart murmur that almost ended his journey—he has blossomed into a resilient and loving little warrior. His devoted foster family describes him as nothing short of perfect, truly a bundle of joy who brings happiness wherever he goes. Potty and crate trained, Lugnut displays wonderful manners and sleeps soundly through the night in his kennel. Of course, he never says no to a cozy snuggle on the couch or in bed when you invite him. Lugnut adores the outdoors; while he enjoys shorter activity due to his heart murmur, he takes contentment in being your gardening sidekick, eagerly helping water the plants and sneaking in playful sips from the hose. With excellent leash skills and a calm temperament around other dogs, Lugnut takes his time warming up but reveals his affectionate, loyal nature once he does. He’s like a gentle shadow, faithfully by your side for every adventure. Though car rides make him a bit nervous, he still handles travel bravely—perfect for occasional getaways. Lugnut will do especially well in homes with older, respectful children who can offer him the love he craves. If you’re ready for a loving, pocket-sized companion bursting with charm and resilience, Lugnut is prepared to complete your family! As a fun fact, born on July 20th, Lugnut is a heartfelt Cancer—a loyal, gentle, and nurturing sign. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
