About Truffles
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Truffles, a little fighter with a big heart. Truffles was found outside unable to use her back legs, and after coming into ARPO's care, X-rays revealed she had a fractured pelvis and possible spinal injury, likely from trauma. Due to this, she lacks tail tone and bladder control, which, despite her vet team's hopes, has not returned. Truffles is gently expressed three times a day in her foster home—an easy routine her caregivers have mastered. The heart of her story isn't just her challenges, though—it's her overwhelming capacity for love! Despite her injuries, she's a calm, trusting, and incredibly affectionate cuddle bug who adores melting into your lap and making anyone feel instantly loved. And if you're wondering about her charm, Truffles is not just sweet, she's also absolutely adorable! Her estimated birthday is May 19th, which makes her a spirited Taurus—a true symbol of resilience and strength. Truffles' healing is a journey, and she is a shining example of courage and hope. Her perfect forever home is out there, waiting to embrace her big loving heart and indomitable spirit. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
