About Kimmy
Kimmy is a sweet, energetic pup who came from a tough start—she spent her early life in a cage, with hardly any attention as part of an unexpected litter between a German Shepherd and Labrador mix. Now in rescue, Kimmy is learning to enjoy the world. Despite missing out on early socialization, her gentle, curious spirit stands out. Currently thriving in a foster home, Kimmy gets along well with both cats and dogs. She can be a bit shy at first when meeting new people, but given some patience and kindness, she gradually opens up. Play is still a new joy for her; she's starting to explore toys and new experiences, showing a natural zest for activity. With her energy and athleticism, Kimmy could make a great companion for someone who likes running, hiking, or is interested in agility work. She would do best with a patient adopter who understands she’ll need time to fully emerge. In exchange, Kimmy offers her loyalty, playfulness, and the promise to keep up with an adventurous household. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
