Meet Bau - our incredibly sweet, resilient girl that is flourishing in her foster home but sadly continues to get overlooked. Her foster reports that Bau is amazing in the home. She can sometimes be shy but once she warms up to you she's very friendly and sweet. She's non-destructive and is fine being left alone for a full work day. Bau sleeps amazing on her bed at night and is quite polite, only jumping on your bed when invited. Bau is great on leash, non-reactive to dogs when passing and when she decides to pull she listens to corrections nicely. She knows basic commands and would love to learn more! She can sometimes get nervous around bigger dogs and cars but they're working on her confidence every day. Bau is an active and energetic girl loving to play with her toys (especially her cow and chicken) and splash in water, but is also quite the cuddle bug. Bau is a fun, affectionate pup ready for her forever. Bau's ideal home would be an active family to keep up with her playfulness and someone willing to continue building her confidence. Her status with kids is unknown, but could do well with slow introductions to older kids that understand boundaries.
