About Willow
Willow is a clever, loyal, and crate-trained large mixed breed who finds comfort in clear boundaries and a dependable routine. After more than a year in her foster home, she’s coexisted near a clamor of cats—never loose together—for safety, as both her instincts and the cats' antics keep her on her toes. Her crate is her sanctuary, and she cooperates well with careful management. She’s house trained and genuinely fond of people, often brightening the days of elders in nursing homes. Elevators don’t faze her anymore, and she enjoys visits from friendly neighbors. Willow knows an impressive number of commands and has earned a doggy certificate through ACCT, showing she’s eager to work for treats and willing to learn. Willow would do best as the only dog, or with another large, sturdy companion, as she isn’t suited for homes with young kids, cats, or smaller dogs. Independent at home but deeply affectionate, she’s adapted well to stretches alone and expects structure and trust from her people. Her foster family is committed to finding her a perfect match, ready to help with a smooth transition. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
