When a good samaritan scooped him up, she brought him to AALOC for a fresh start. After a bath, his real self emerged: bold black and white fur, dark button eyes, and a little pink on his nose. Sonny is a young American Bulldog mix, solidly built at about 70 pounds, with a short, easy-care coat. He has a strong, athletic frame and brings a lot of presence into the room. Sonny leans into people for affection and attention. He thrives on being engaged and responds well to positive energy, but he’ll need basic training and an active routine to channel that strength and keep things balanced.
