About Sadie And Sage
Make their next chapter their best one yet. Sadie and Sage are a delightful pair of 1.5-year-old German Shepherd mixes who are truly inseparable, sharing everything from playtime to peaceful naps together. Currently thriving in their foster home in Valley Springs, they do everything in tandem—enjoying walks, chasing anything that moves, and giving each other endless companionship. With their energetic spirit, they'd be best suited for a forever home with property to patrol, where they could happily bark at and chase away wildlife like deer and raccoons. Sage is the beautiful gray shepherd lookalike, while Sadie is the lighter-colored mix with a touch of mystery about her lineage. Both girls adore people of all ages and quickly warm up to strangers, though with their playful 70-pound frames, they can get a bit exuberant and might accidentally bump into you during play. They aren’t suited for homes with cats, chickens, or goats, but they absolutely love their nightly walks and the ritual of being petted and groomed—especially when T-R-E-A-T-S are involved! While Sadie has a more independent streak, Sage tends to stick right by your side for extra affection. They're the sweetest duo looking for a home where they can stay together and flourish. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
