About Buddy

Meet Buddy, a striking black and white tuxedo cat with a bit of spunk. He spent a long time in a cage, making him quite the handful at first, often swiping at volunteers and engaging in the occasional cat fight. However, since being freed to roam with nearly fifty other cats, Buddy has transformed remarkably over the past three months. He’s learned to coexist peacefully and shows his affection by loving lap time with his favorite humans. He responds to his name and enjoys a good play session with toys. While he needs a slow and patient introduction to a new feline housemate—preferably a submissive one—Buddy’s loyalty to his humans shines through most of the time. He’s about 90% cuddle bug, but do watch out for that 10% sassy side that might swipe if he feels provoked. While not suited for homes with young children due to his unpredictable nature, Buddy has a heart full of love waiting for the right match. Buddy is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He has tested negative for FIV/FeLV and heartworm disease. Could you be the right fit for Buddy?
