Dolly For seven wonderful years, it was just me and my dad—and I loved him with all my heart. When he could no longer care for me, my world changed, and I’ve been missing him every day. The TALGV volunteers are dedicated to finding the perfect home for me. I’m housebroken, walk nicely on a leash, and though I’m a bit shy at first, I warm up with patience and kindness. I’m on a little diet right now—food hasn’t been my focus since arriving—but I’m slowly starting to feel better. I believe there’s a family out there who will help my heart heal. Someone who understands that love takes time, but it’s worth it. I’m ready to find my second chance… a home filled with comfort, care, and a place to belong again.
