Talk about a rough start to life. Greta Garbo, her six littermates and her mom, were abandoned shortly after birth. Even though AALOC was at maximum capacity we couldn’t turn our back on the momma cat and her young family. Greta Garbo is a female brown and black mackerel tabby. Greta can go both ways – she is very social with other cats and humans but just like her namesake, she also 'wants to be alone'… cuddled up in a cubby by herself. She particularly likes to play with her siblings – John Wayne, James Dean, Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn and Judy Garland. Greta can be adopted separately or pick two (or more!) from the litter for the most love and affection. You won’t ever be disappointed! Adoption donation includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and a microchip. Applications require a veterinary reference and home visit. We adopt to residents of Orange County, CA and surrounding areas.
