Charlie deserves a loving forever home! He was rescued after an urgent call from a vet about a dog whose owner wanted to euthanize him. The claim was that Charlie had bitten off part of his own tail, and the owner refused to pay for treatment. Upon seeing Charlie's sad eyes, our team knew we had to intervene. While his tail has healed, Charlie faced more hurdles. He developed digestive issues and was diagnosed with a liver shunt, requiring ongoing medication and a special diet for life. A dedicated vet tech took him in as a foster, providing the care and love he needed. Despite his rough start, Charlie has shown nothing but sweetness. He enjoys being around people, children, and other dogs. His gentle spirit shines brightly now, and he’s ready to find a family that will continue to love and care for him.
